Major investment has recently been made, with a complete refurbishment of the two main rooms. Overlooking the Historic Quayside, HMS Trincomalee and Hartlepool Marina, this is surely the place to make your occasion especially memorable, whether it be a meeting, presentation, training course, wedding reception, party or family celebration.

Outside normal opening hours, Hartlepool's Maritime Experience can be hired for your exclusive use, accommodating 500+. The hiring of a marquee is also an option.

Disabled Access: Designated parking spaces, entry to the site via automatic doors, good access to the facilities. Lift to the Sir William Gray Suite on the first floor. There is a loop system in Sir William Gray Suite. Wheelchairs available.

Parking: Ample on site free park.

Catering: The highest standard of cuisine and customer service is offered Cleveland Caterers, from tea and coffee to full banquets. There are also the Quayside Coffee Shop facilities and barbeques are a popular choice during the summer months. Full alcohol licence.

Presentation equipment available to hire. Internet access in the Baltic Room.
